Bloodwork from yesterday afternoon is all in the normal range. See a specialist on the 30th so nothing urgent. I still have not talked to anyone, I get this information online on my Kaiser login. Get to pee in a jug for 24 hours tomorrow. Fun fun!

I'm just sitting here waiting for all of the non-deal posts in the deal thread to be moved over here.... wtf? I don't care how many coupons people use - if you are dumb enough to sit there and argue about it with the store - you are going to be labeled. Just back the f*ck up and go to another cashier next time. If you're driving 100 miles to do deals then you should make damn sure you are going to be able to do the deals - the best way to ensure that is to stay under the radar! If you're just doing a deal to get a giftcard, it's probably not worth the 100 mile drive - :hellloooo:!! There are plenty of legit deals to be done all around town - if not, time to pack up and move, honey!

In other news... found out today I'm having a girl.

Hmm. where is said baby lounge thread? I will be popping in 4 weeks today. If I make it that long. Go figure my dd is 7/4 but I am scheduled for an elective c-section on 7/8. Nonsensical if you ask me.

What a great name! That one has been near the top of my girl list since Day 1.

So please tell me what is wrong with people. Me and DH are driving home with baby from his 18 month checkup this morning. It is a very busy 5 lane road going through town and we see these 2 young girls playing near the street with no shoes on, so I comment on the fact that they are barefoot. As we drive by, one of the girls throws a water balloon and hits our car. DH tells me to pull over, so I stop at the next turn and he gets out of the car. The 2 girls run into the first house on the corner, so he follows them up there. I circle back around and I hear him telling the "adult" there (who had to be woken up at 11am to answer the door) that these 2 girls are throwing things at cars and that it could cause a serious accident. The lady claims that the girl (who is inside the house) lives up the street and she only met her a few days ago. So she takes DH down to their house and her father also had to be woken up, and he tells him the whole story. The father asks DH to go back to the other house and please tell his daughter that her father said to behave and to please come home!! There are too many expletives that came out of DHs mouth after that but seriously, WTF? How can people not give a crap where their kids are and what they are doing? Seriously, even if he had no problems with her behavior as wrong, I can't imagine just being cool with her hanging out on the side of the street.

We had a little boy in our neighborhood once ( 4 y/o ) like that. Hair never combed, barefoot, mom always sleeping, watching TV, whatever. One day, he disappeared. I'll never forget the sound of the infrared helicoptors circling overhead every night searching for him. They found his body a couple of years later, and the man that took him...well, he shot himself. So very sad. He was the kid that was always hanging around because he wasn't looked after at home. He was an easy target, and so are those girls.
