This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Oh, and I just got back from T (my little man is becoming a T regular Smilie). If you are still holding any of the $2/2 Crystal Light Qs, they are dropping to the bottom. Caused me some confusion at the register.

Cashier missed 3 $1 Qs. Sadwalk Oh well.

The best 21000 item I could find for some 16s was Kraft Deli Deluxe cheese for 4.39. Anything better?
mine may have beeped today and required a K1. Of course the free one did being an 01, but I think the 2/2 did also. I had two full sized ones...

We're a movie-nut family.
  • Have seen almost all NEW movies even before they're released. (This week, we saw "The Taking of Pelham 123", "Imagine That" & "The Proposal")
  • Then, we use our Fandango codes to watch more movies on the weekend (driving 22 miles to the only fandango-accepted theater.)

Fandango codes are priceless entertainment for our family. Popcorn & drink paid with my AMC GCs, courtesy of Kmart. woot

PS - will trade Fandango codes and put them to good use. Big Grin:

That's weird! I was so confused as to why the $1/1s weren't beeping (used 'em on the 4 packs) and it was b/c they attached to the full size.

I'll trade for Fandango codes, too, if anyone wants to post a list. I had a few from the Ponds and all of mine have been just fine. I didn't get any from the more recent promotion, though..

Misuse of telephone = making threats over the phone

Proper use of telephone = using it to make good on those threats

Coverlaugh I feel like I'm channeling Sky Big Grin

Finished my first week of CVSing. Managed to use up all of my spanish pampers party Qs and a few $1 MQs - grand total of "free" pampers = 22 packs. Nothing like what some others are pulling in, but I'm pretty happy. Now for a few days of rest before "diaper-palooza" resumes next week with huggies at T.

I had some funny things happen with some Qs there and I'm still trying to figure it out. Are the registers smarter than wags/target? Meaning, do they read the 3 fam digits of the code and not just the manuf portion?

Also, do 992s behave the same at CVS as wags? Finally, do any Qs otto at Wags or CVS or do they all prompt for price?

Could use some help....
My dad died Tuesday and I have my stepmom at my house this week. She is going to go to an Alzheimer's facility next week, but I have been there 3x now and they keep it pretty chilly, like maybe 74 degrees. She is cold at my house and we keep ours at 78. She has a cute White Stag zip up cotton sweater that I would like to buy her more of. Does Walmart carry White Stag? Thanks so much to anyone who can help. I posted this in the Walmart thread, but I have never kept up there and am hoping someone here may have an idea....

You mean like this: Bonk ?

IIRC, 992s beep at CVS. No Qs otto at WAG I know. Can't remember about CVS. And I think the CVS registers are in the remedial class with WAG, but it's been a while for me, so maybe one of the experts here can help with that.

I think CVS registers are a little smarter nod I know 992's beep and they do not allow any overage. It's been a while since I've done deals so I cant remember specifics off hand, but I do know they are a little smarter.

hug Sorry for your loss. IIRC, yes, WalMart does carry White Stag. I thought that was "their" brand. Hope the transition goes well for all of you.
