This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Sorry that you are having such terrible - and odd - weather! The drive sounds SCARY! I am glad you made it under the overpass safely! Also - good no damage to the house! Hope that your weather improves soon ... on a different note .... you were looking for a coupon the other day weren't you? Was it the degree one? Or something else?

Man ---- I NEED some coupons for that!!!!!!!!
I'm always looking for q's. Although I have to say, I'm not ordering much this week.

I have no Sobe q's on my list for you guys but could swear I've seen some recently.

Man, I wish you would have known about this a few months ago. DH is on his last bottle of the stuff from when I bought a $hit load of it back in Feb. Which is incidentally when I got knocked up! laugh out loud
Same here... We saved the coke caps, but who would have thought to save caps for EVERYTHING???? I had at least 300+ bottles from the beginning of the Sobe GC deals last year. And no, I did not get pregnant and have no plan for another... laugh out loud (pssst... I did the Sobe deal for the GCs Rofl2)

OMG I just went out to check my mailbox and was walking thru the parking lot reading a flyer stuck to my door and noticed a lizard-like thing in front of me but didn't think anything of it until I noticed it wasn't moving out of my way (thought it was an iguana and they usually move). Looked up and saw that it was hissing at me, I was about a foot away from it and saw that it was a baby alligator! EEK! It was about a foot and a half long with it's mouth open and ready to attack me. I veered away from it and looked around to see if mama was somewhere nearby (nope, thank goodness!) and kept walking to the mailbox. That was a first! laugh out loud

The worst part of this anecdote? Sungoddess7 lives in Wisconsin...

hug You're welcome! If that combo is as yummy as you say it is, I better not even try it! LMAO

Thrifty - sorry about your liver woes - I hope you are taking it easy and listening to whatever Dr says!! That sounds scary - take it easy, ok?? hug

Wave everyone else! Hope everyone has a great holiday!!

I finally gave in and bought a new car that I'll be picking up today (actually, I talked them into delivering it to me!!) - Got a RAV4 - Going from a Lexus to a RAV isn't so much of a stretch, except for the luxury part LMAO . The RAV is super cute & economical and will be wonderful for the new shopping hobby that I'll be undertaking here pretty soon to replenish my bank account after paying for it!! It must earn its keep!!

Happy 4th everyone!!

Nutella is yummy The only way I can eat a rice cake (ie, styrofoam) is to spread a thin layer of Nutella on them. Of course, it defeats the purpose, but....

Besides the bricks there's a tearpad that's buy 5 get 1 free. It's not much but better than nothing. Saw them at CVS, Stop & Shop and Shaw's.

I LOVE the Fuji Apple Pear. It's one of the no calorie ones with the white label. My kid's like the strawberry kiwi and orange.

I have a Rav4. I adore my Rav4. Smilie I wish it had a teensy bit more cargo space, but other than that - no complaints. It's ten years old, still running strong and still gets great gas mileage. Almost 200,000 miles on it. Hope you enjoy yours!
