We have no idea what time the surgery is today. DH is already at the hospital and in processed. Somehow he got an email out to me to tell me that but that darn phone reception is non-existant there. So I am in the dark about everything else.

Yes'm. I posted yesterday. I was supposed to take him in for a post op appointment yesterday for his shoulder. I had a feeling he was going to try and drive so I had my foot on him while I slept so I would know when he got up. Well apparently I had my foot on the dog.
There is virtually no cell phone reception in that hospital. I had gotten an email from him saying he was going back to his primary care physician to get an appt scheduled for his back. Primary care dr is at a completely different location across the island, so I didn't think much of it. I started to get a little worried as the afternoon wore on and a bit peeved too. I wasn't thinking he was still at the hospital, I was thinking he stopped by work. it would be just like him to do that. PLUS he had my toolbox.
Anywho, he called me around 4:30 when he was on the way home. He had been at Trippler all day. He told another doctor he knew (the shoulder doc was no help) about his problem with his back and his symptoms he was having. Pain of course, and his foot not working correctly. This Colonel was alarmed and a little pissed at the shoulder doc. He knew that the foot issue was a major issue. So he had xrays and a MRI. They found two bulging discs in his back. Emergency surgery is scheduled for today...sometime.

I was at T this afternoon and the LOD that hates me popped over to watch the cashier scan my q's (she always finds a reason to do that). The cashier asked her if they take printable Target q's and she said that they do for now, but will be stopping shortly. They are no longer going to have Target Web coupons and are going with only CRT's. She said they had a meeting about it yesterday. I really hope that's not true.
