Had a lovely, lovely KM run tonight. "Bought" lots of good stuff, and "bought" a nice gas grill . I had one or two expireds in my stack and the kid told me they were expired and put them to the side. When I reached to take them away he said, "hang on" and then scanned them and put them back in HIS pile. I was like, "ok". While we were standing there waiting for them to bring my grill up he says, "I hope I don't get in trouble for taking expireds"

Can't believe you are thinking of shopping! I'm amazed!
I made 2 trips to T today. First one - fairly good windshield. Made a boo-boo, but figured out what went wrong. Cashier was totally awesome. I bought a couple of the clearanced razor packs, and he thought it was great - stating he was going to have to go look at those on his break. Wish I'd had more coupons, I would've given him some.
2nd one - total bug.
It really is my fault, though. I was tired and wanted to just get my stuff and go. Instead of making a small transaction, I way overdid it. I think the amount of coupons I had (it was a decent stack) just threw her off. Big lesson learned. The hard way. Just can't fight it, I guess.
I just wish I could find a nice majority of decent cashiers that don't freak out at coupons and don't think they are wrong to use. I just don't understand that mentaility. Once upon a time, when I worked in retail, it was fascinating and fun when folks brought in coupons. I thought it was neat. I never thought there was something wrong about using them.
I was late picking up hubby (by 15 minutes!) He was not a happy camper. I think I will limit my runs to morning/early afternoon. These evening runs seem to be taking more time than I expect/plan for - and an I-was-worried-my family-was-dead-in-a-car-accident hubby is no fun to drive home!
Ah well... guess that's my whine for the day.
On another note, I did see several of the clearanced softsoap bw for 5.10. Wish I had q's! They also had giant packs of Irish Spring bar soap for 5.XX. I hope a good q comes out for those before they disapper. Actually, I hope they go down in price before they disappear!
Oh - the first-aid stuff was signed 7/14-8/31 for the buy 3 items and get a free first aid tote.
There were a few things I told myself to remember, but promptly forgot. So... sorry.
