When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Anyone buy the Purex washer/condition/dryer sheets? I bought the tropical scent tonight and I likes the wayz itz smellz. Big Grin Only 20 sheets for $4.79 and it says use 2 of it's a full load. Pretty pricey me thinks. Secret
I did product testing on those last year. I didn't care for them, they didn't seem to clean very well. Let me know how you like them, I'm interested to see if they improved them before they actually marketed them.

Count me in the old lady group too!! Honestly, I am about to be 38 and would consider going for #5 if I was able, but the shop is closed.. Guess I will settle for the fact that by the time my DD (18 mo) becomes a teenager, I will probably have grandkids from one of the othersEEK!

Translation - all the Crazy people are doing it when they only had 4 more years til DD went iff to college. /true story
I thought that too before DS#1 was born...almost 4 years later I am soooo grateful for both my little boys and my not so little girl (college is less that 14 mos. away for her now.)

I also remember staying up almost all night talking to DH about the pros and cons of having kids 13 years apart. (Yes we did it on purpose.) Anyway we decide yes we should go for it. Less than 48 hours later I find out I am 4 mos pregnant already. I often think "what if" we decided we didn't want any more, I would have felt terrible, because the cons were all for selfish reasons (money, early retirement etc.).

Translation - everything happens for a reason.

Your little guy is going to make you all so happy, DD included.

STC = "Start the car!" It's from an Ikea commercial. IIRC, A woman checks out at Ikea and thinks she saved way too much, so as she's heading out of the store, she's yelling to her husband to "Start the car" so that they can get out of there quickly.
I heart it! We don't have Ikea around here so I have never seen that commercial! But I definitely have those trips where you're like "should I just sprint out the door right now?" My Target is 2 levels and sometimes I go out the wrong level from where I parked just to get out and then take the elevator in the parking garage! Roll

nod ME TOO!

So my DH lost his job yesterday. EEK! They are closing his location completely, gave him til the end of the week. So saving money is now a requirement, not just a hobby! This happened to us 3 years ago right before we had DS2 and he says he's more worried now. But he's like "we didn't have all this free stuff and we still had 2 kids so I don't know why I'm more worried". I guess it's SuperMofo to the rescue! Superman
But seriously, I just hope he finds something soon. Last time it was 5 weeks. I was home on maternity leave so it was nice to have him around. But this was before the economy flushed itself down the toilet.

Good luck to him! Comfort Let me know if you need any coupons from this past weekend's inserts, I have lots.

All I can say is thank God for coupons, because otherwise we couldn't afford to eat. I feel like I have been interviewing forever. DH lost his job back in January, but finally found a job, albeit temporary, in May. It's only until the middle of August, but they are trying to find the money in the budget to keep him. I sent out three more resumes yesterday. I'm hoping at least one of us (if not both!) has a job in September!

6/30/09 it came back 140
7/14/09 it came back 310
