Anyone buy the Purex washer/condition/dryer sheets? I bought the tropical scent tonight and I likes the wayz itz smellz.
I'm 29 and my mom is 73 and my dad is 77 (I was adopted) and they were super parents (excluding 1996 to 1998)
Hope everyone is doing well. We are home from the hospital. My son was 20" and 8.0 lbs and is doing great!
I plan on making a couple shopping trips tomorrow while mom is still in town. There are a lot of pages since i last logged in.

I also remember staying up almost all night talking to DH about the pros and cons of having kids 13 years apart. (Yes we did it on purpose.) Anyway we decide yes we should go for it. Less than 48 hours later I find out I am 4 mos pregnant already. I often think "what if" we decided we didn't want any more, I would have felt terrible, because the cons were all for selfish reasons (money, early retirement etc.).
Translation - everything happens for a reason.
Your little guy is going to make you all so happy, DD included.
So my DH lost his job yesterday.
But seriously, I just hope he finds something soon. Last time it was 5 weeks. I was home on maternity leave so it was nice to have him around. But this was before the economy flushed itself down the toilet.

All I can say is thank God for coupons, because otherwise we couldn't afford to eat. I feel like I have been interviewing forever. DH lost his job back in January, but finally found a job, albeit temporary, in May. It's only until the middle of August, but they are trying to find the money in the budget to keep him. I sent out three more resumes yesterday. I'm hoping at least one of us (if not both!) has a job in September!
