This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Fandango bucks ok here (for now at least). I missed the sippy cup deal. Are they free or close to it? Should I take the dcpi number to my T and get some?

Fandango Bucks~ I've read on here in various places that people were having their Fandango Bucks cancelled. So I decided to check on mine....and sure enough CANCELLED!

Try going HERE [fandango.com] and checking balance. Click on link at bottom.

If you can't get any info there, try using the codes and begin purchasing a ticket. There is a confirm page so you won't waste a ticket by trying.
All of mine are still in my email and everything. I even used them 2 weeks ago.
When I inquired via email, I was told my account was linked to an ongoing fraud investigation because I used multiple credit cards. (each one I converted was considered a credit card) Annoyed Whatev..

Mine appear to be OK. Thank goodness. I converted most of mine earlier in the promotion. I'm still finding peelies that I never converted EEK!
Which promo did you convert them from? Is it only the last promo that they're looking into? I'd really be bummed if they cancelled all of them. I've only used 2 that I had. Thanks for the info.

Well I survived the past bouts of cancelled Fandango Bucks, but decided to check them just now since it's happening again. Sure enough, they finally got mine! I had 108 codes $1080 value, and they all say "The claim code has been cancelled." Even the ones that had a small balance were cancelled. Well it was a nice ride and I gave a lot of them away for xmas and birthday gifts. Kind of bums me out that I have to pay to see a movie now. Frown

Mine were mostly from Mamma Mia and some from Witch Mountain. So if you have a bunch of these that still work, I'd suggest using them sooner than later.

Good luck. I found 4 more sets today. Bought them all because I'm a greedy hoarder like that. Big Grin I let DS use one today from the set I had bought the other night and had washed already. They are really, really nice cups. He loves that he can flip the straw open and closed ALL BY HIMSELF - that's a big phrase around here these days.

Oh noes Bigeye I checked mine earlier and they were OK. I had some in there from the Publix movie promotion also.

They got authorization on the CC for them to go thru. They should have to prove to the people that Pond's charged them back. Otherwise it's theft on their part. That's just Insane

So sorry Cate Comfort

Those Fandango were nice to have. We'd always treat friends to the movie and they'd treat us to dinner or drinks before or after! It was great, and I did see so many movies so I'm trying to keep it all in check and not be too upset. They worked recently, because the last I used them was for Hangover when my son & friends went, it had just been released.

Iagree I missed the first rounds of cancellations. So those of you lucky enough to still have yours...I would use them. I was saving mine up for summer and my son's August birthday. My kids have been doing activities for most of the summer and now we finally have time to actually go see a movie and no tickets Sadwalk

You all are so awesome for sharing about sippy cups!! I was able to score 18 sets today for my garage sale (cause I'm a greedy hoarder too - but seriously, this has been talked about for several days now - if they weren't gone by the time I got to them, they weren't going anywhere)!!

I'm so excited.... if only I had little ones of my own to share these with... they do look nice!

ROFL!!

Total STC run today! I was extremely pleased. I actually found one sippy cup. I scanned it 4 times, afraid that the price would change before I could get it to the checkout. LOL. I got a raincheck for 8 more... Cheers

I think I got so distracted between my sippy cup find and my cranky/tired/hungry toddler that I forgot to check on the Ragu QQueen - sorry!!

Our DSs must be the same age (2 1/2)....gave him one once we came home, he loves flipping the thing open and closed and keeps saying "foutbawl sippy pretty mommy? foutbawl.''
