I think I am losing my mind.
The last time I was assigned to a mystery shop I responded to an "emergency" shop that needed to be done that night - they even offered an extra $5 bonus or something.... got to the restaurant and there is what looks like a giant trash bag over the sign, no cars in the parking lot and the doors are locked with a sign on the door - something to the effect of "we've closed our doors - please visit one of our other failing restaurants up the street"

I found a bunch at a Wags near my work. Picked up one to see how it works, but may pick up another one or two. These don't expire, do they? And does that Upromise thing work more than once?
ETA: Oh yeah, wanted to mention that I found these behind the photo register on a peg way down low (look for the neon orange tag). I had to ask a cashier to get one for me.
