When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! DM and Mofome ~ hug Hope your kiddos' first day of school was/goes good.

Quote from .teri. :
Funny thing about those weekly calls. I used to get them for my ds. Then, I began to notice that if I was out of town for work, or sick, or whatever....and DH was the contact...they didn't call. Why? They didn't want to bother him at work. They sure didn't mind bothering me :mad : Once I said something, the calls cut down drastically. I think sometimes, they call just because they know they can.
Well, that wasn't cool! shake head

Quote from ArielA :
See, you guys did it all wrong!!! You should have been like me and had your babes in between freshman and sophmore year :nod : OOOhhhh ok wait, thats not quite the best plan either, but at least I was slim again for my graduation ; )
All kidding aside, I am feeling the same way lately!!!! My "baby" is too busy wearing make up and texting to cuddle :sadwalk : Sad, sad times!!!
hug

Quote from tootsie67 :
that's great!!! One step at a time. Good luck at the screening. If it's like it is here, it's a LONG process that will require referrels, etc. just hang in there :nod :

Hot Wheels anyone :evillaf :

:hug : for the first day. Hope it went well!!! dd had her first day of pre-k yesterday. the teacher at the end of the day asked if she was always "d-r-a-m-a-t-i-c". I laughed and said, 'yes. daily and consistenly. and you don't have to spell it out. we use that word frequently' :coverlaf :

That's AWESOME!!! We are Mythbusters lovers here and that's an all-time fav. episode. That and the episode with Ariel's dh and the dungball :teehee :

no clue on the trees. are you in a drought or extreme heat situation?
hug Hope everything is going a little better for your DD (and you!). Cute about her first day!!

I'm a Mythbusters lover myself and just saw the episode again recently with Ariel's DH and the dungball!! Teehee

Whee Just found my freakin' resume from 2003! It was buried in a stack of cd's/dvd's of backup data...(appropriately named 'Junk' Doh). Geez, only spent three days looking for it! shake head Now gotta update it and apply for a job at the same place, different department. I really am disliking my new boss and don't wanna stick around (been in the same department for almost 9 years). Stupid boss is being a beeotch with a capital 'B'!! vomit

Teehee I wanna see.

My oldest when in 2nd grade got bored in class and decided to give himself a trim...the teacher sent home an envelope with his hair clippings and an apology for the crooked bangs he was now sporting. Saved the envie and hair for his memory box. Fun Fun. laugh out loud

The Disney bricks keep asking me to install coupon printer..over and over.

A little depressed. My parents took my oldest boys to a Riverdogs baseball game, and Ryland didn't get to go Sadwalk
Makes me so mad and I don't know what to do....I almost want to say no, unless Ryland gets to go none of them get to go, but then I feel like I'm selling the oldest 2 short.

Comfort who wants to see the Riverdogs anyway Frown

This could be a good time to have one on one with Ryland. Maybe you could take him out to do something fun. I know how you feel though. Been there, done that. It's heartbreaking. Is he upset about it?

Comfort Aw, sorry to hear that 4BB. They should be treating all of them the same. I can totally understand your dilemma.

Or Texas....

But the San Antonio Little League team just won to advance to the National
Finals. We watched the last 4 innings just now and it was a good game.

Ryland is kind of used to them leaving because they go visit their Daddy every other weekend. He's still too little to understand, but he won't be little forever.

My Daddy says "You can't hold the boys back because Ryland is the way he is." Part of me thinks it's brutal honesty but the other part of me wants to yell "F*** You!". Thanks guys hug

Then of course, I get left out of things because I have to stay behind with him. Not that I mind, it just bugs me.

ETA~ thanks setsail

A little late in the game...but doesn't anyone know a good place (in store or online) that has the Britax Regent the cheapest? I am probably going to have to buy one for dd cause it is taking forever to see if insurance approves her for the special needs 5 point carseat and she is already at the weight limits on the seat she has now. Thanks Smilie
