4BusyBees - I talked to the teacher - went round and round - her story changed 3 times and so we left it as she has to WATCH him better. I will be watching her.
Qqueen - As always you rock!! We love ya! Why are you stuck in bed? Are you ok???? Sending HUGS!
Mofo - I am praying that your store is glitching - - - because if not ... For whom the registers beeps appears to be for us
IANAA - We would LOVE you to be "that guy!" BTW - I never got pounce to work ....
Ank - do you have that awful sinking feeling too?
I am trying to figure out if I can stomach a huge catastrophe at T with all the kiddos tonight ---- must make dinner and then decide.
Glad you talked to the teacher. I suspected that you wouldn't get far - it seems rarer and rarer to find someone who will say "Yup, I messed up..." Keep your eye on her! Also, if I were you, I would start a notebook/log - write down the date and incident, and anything else that comes along that seems fishy. You may need it if things get weird.
No...total did not go down. Total on my receipt matches the coupons listed on the receipt...nothing more, nothing less. Zero Starbucks coupons deducted.
Here's a thought - those folks with problems, did you check all the barcodes of products in your cart? I've found a few things have changed to short barcodes, different manu codes than usual, and products that I didn't realize were related or were scanned before they should've been.
Do the coupons say "limit one per household"? I tend to get problems with those too.
I did not get to T today. I BARELY made it through the grocery store (my desperation stop) - and that was only because I gave my little joy (I have to keep saying that to myself today... lol) a chocolate cookie. - on a completely aside note, if you are going to advertise free cookies to kids when shopping with mom & dad, WHY do you give out chocolate or chocolate chip cookies???? Could we maybe do sugar or peanutbutter??? Seriously - my kid comes out looking like she hasn't bathed for a week!
So I spent 10.00 oop (from my $50 left in the budget *sigh*) and felt like I got ripped! I got 1/2 gallon of milk + 1 pint, 10 lbs of potatoes, generic oatmeal for hubby,1 stinking loaf of bread, and 12 cans of mighty dog (got a 2.00 catalina back for that). I need to figure out how to grow my RR stash so I can spend those at my grocery store the rest of the month. ARGH. (and then hubby tells me we're having folks over for a cookout on Saturday! I don't know what I'm gonna do to feed them for the day and us for the rest of the month with $40!! I think I'm panicking)
On the plus side I found some awesome q's! I had a hard time not snatching them all... lol. They're probably old news to ya'll, but I haven't been shopping for like 2 weeks at my grocery store!
I did see some peelies on hot dogs - I think it was save 2.00 wyb 2 ball park or ball park and sarah lee or something. I didn't snatch one - all the older folks were out today shopping.
I found 14 dentyne single pack blinkies! (DH will love that)
I found 16 Pedigree+ food for dogs
Save 1.00 wyb 1 pkg of Kellogg's fiberplus chewy bars (any deals on these? DH was actually asking for some yesterday)
Save 1.00 wyb2 Temptations Treats for Cats
Save 1.00 wyb 1 Whiskas Purrfectly Dry food for cats (any size) or any 1 Whiskas wet food for cats 10 pk.
I also found pamphlets for Kellogg's stuff, but it's in the car. It had 5 different coupons that were something along the line of: Save 2.00 on milk wyb 2 Kellogg's XYZ items, save 2.00 on store brand coffee wyb 2 Kellogg's XYZ items, etc...
If anyone knows of good deals at T/WM/Kroger on these things - please let me know!
I was so mad today at Kroger. Some stores have a deal where you buy 3 Kelloggs/Keebler/Sunshine items and get free milk - ours is free water. Okay, now who dunks their cookies in water. (I know - there's someone out there that weird, but seriously...)
K... I guess I"m done complaining now! Thanks for listening - or at least ignoring me!
Off to catch up and repply to PM

Found a tearpad for 2.00 off any two Maple Grove Farms dressing. I've never heard of it before, anyone seen it at Target?
Oh - were they belt scanned, or gun scanned? Could that be it - maybe the 2nd bar code is being read instead?
Very, very odd.
Does anyone need any Good Start Formula Checks?
You guys would seriously ban me from the board if you knew how many expired Qs I just pulled out of my binder. Ugh.
Weird...

Thanks for the pm!!!
You know, now that I think about it, certain register as my ST will give me grief over q's that other register seem to fly through. I don't know - I'm just completely guessing at this point - and hoping it's just a fluke and not a harbringer of doom to come.
Something fun - Anagrams [wordsmith.org]
Put in your name and see what comes up. I've gotten quite a few hilarious ones with either first & last name or first/middle/last. Just in case you don't want to do anything else tonite.
Also wanted to report that my local grocery store had Pedigree canned dog food B2G1 blinkies so be on the lookout for those! They are 23100's but there is a 9 in front of the barcode 9 923100...will those beep?

Mine start with a 5 though - so the 9's are probably regional.
