This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I have been having a terrible time at Publix using any coupons. It's to the point where I really dislike going there and only go there for stuff I can't get at Target. The manager was telling me that they had been dealing with major fraudulent usage at their store which is why he is so skeptical of legit coupons. He really doesn't want to allow IP's at all since he says people copy them like crazy and use them. It's really sad since, like you said, it's easy to save money just using coupons legitimately. shake head
Sorry to hear that Comfort I'm sure it wil blow over once the fraud dies down. This is the really big Publix that I've never had a problem in. I don't understand why people have to be a$%hats and ruin it for people trying to shop legit in the stores.

I also think there are also many ignorant people who dont know its fraud to copy cpns..I was in the kohls thread and someone posted a pdf of scrubbing bubbles $7 and bogo cpns...I PM'ed them explaining it was fraud and they shld take it down and she had no idea abt it..She said she got it from a frnd...I can imagine how many pdfs might be circulating...
I have non-couponer friends that forward me fraudulant (sp...sorry, I can't spell that word LOL) coupons they receive and have no idea until I tell them. Some people just don't get it. Someone forwarded me the old 'free Velveeta' coupon a few weeks ago. *sigh*

I'm happy that all your sizes fit you folks.

I got stuck with the cashier that said only one Starburst Q can be used today (I only had two bags for the lab snack fund). Oh well, take one of them off then. Sadwalk My guys in the lab will just have to put up with only having one bag this next week.

Just scanned last couple of pages in deals-those new people in the deals thread are morons. And we wonder why there's an update coming.

Went with DS earlier. Saw a couple of those pink trikes but don't need them so left them for a kid who does. Some Dora and Diego mega block sets for 50% off, didn't get them but they had a lot. Some wall-e sheets/blankets at 30-50% off. Lots of kids bathroom stuff too. Kitchen stuff was still 30%. Tons of clearance--

Don't hurt me. Was traveling. Walked by a VS secret and paid full price for a bra. Honestly I never have time to do anything, my bras are all falling apart (bought them at the same time over 5 years ago) and target sucks for bras in my teeny weeny size.

Not much to say here - very busy day! We did a cookout with friends. Smilie

I did find a tearpad at Kroger - b2 Purex, get free clorox - only found 01.

Hope ya'll had great days. I plan to hit T on Monday - but I have no clue what the sales are yet!

Quick question - are there any deals on contact lens solution? No preference to brand - just want something cheap. Thanks!

False. The books must be loaded from the computer to the pen. But I'm pretty sure Internet isn't required. It comes with software.
The Tag reader itself comes with an install disk for the Leapfrog connection program, which requires an internet connection to use. And the book portion has to be uploaded via the connection program. we bought a Tag several months ago, it's a PITA because even if you have another LF product you have to reinstall the connection program for each different item Mad . And it's all the same interface. Box states minimum requirements of 500 mHz computer and an internet connection. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, I know this would make an awesome TFT gift. I'm giving them to family members with young kids, giving FP Trio to TFT.

And Lowcountry ladies, thanks for the CSU info. Makes me feel old to say, I actually started college there when it was still Baptist College. LMAO
