DD is 5 and DS is 7. So far they haven't asked for anything out of the ordinary or new. DD wants Barbies and baby dolls and DS wants a Nintendo DSi and Legos, and of course he wants the $100 box of Legos
I still can't get over the $100 box of plastic pieces known as Legos. ds drools over these in T, but he's getting whatever I found on the 75% sale from 2 years ago laugh out loud I think there's a great Spongebob set in there, so he'll forget about the other full priced ones....I hope Pray

dd always asks for 'off the wall' items. Hopefully, I have whatever she finally asks for in my magical gift closet Evil Barbies, Leapster, Vtech, etc.

Right!! Especially since you spend 12 hrs putting the thing together and it stays together for maybe a day before it's in pieces again. Then of course, throughout the next week every tiny piece needed to re build it is lost and they end up making their own things out of the set!

Got my Amazon order cancelled, so now we will have a Scooby Doo birthday party after all!

I'm going to assume he's going to want to wear his costume for his party since that's what made him want a Scooby Doo party again. Crazylaugh

mofome, if your son wears toddler sizes I found a cute shirt in the clearance stuff at T Friday. It's Linus holding his blanket, his head is missing so the child's head is the head. I only found a 5T but thought it would be so cute next summer.

It's party central around here. One chi;d's birthday Friday, excuse me, teenager.laugh out loud Toddler turns 2 today and my birthday is tomorrow. I actually went to T two days in a row and didn't use any coupons. And said as much to the snotty GSTL that was standing over my cashier. I swear, next time I'm going to have a huge stack of coupons staged so he will come over and then I'll put them all away. Big Grin He said he was told he is supposed to watch over anyone using "a lot" of coupons. So what's the excuse when I have less than 5 (or even 0) coupons?

georgia, did you check Craigslist? I remember seeing some on there in the past. Personally I do the character pillow case with solid sheets because it's cheaper.

OMG! I totally saw that Scooby costume $40 bucks though EEK! good thing it's at T!Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) The only prob here is that both of my closest stores only have the one size...I think it's like a 2T !?! I need the next size up for like a 4 y/o.

My plan:
My 2 y/o is in luuuuuuv w/ Scooby! So he would wear the Scooby costume.

My 11 y/o ds would be Shaggy, cause he is the tallest and super skinny,

My 6 y/o ds & 4 1/2 y/o dd would be Fred and Daphine with wigs and all.

And the best part is my newest baby girl, who will be about 2 weeks old come Halloween will be Velma!--- I even found little glasses that would be perfect and I can just put her in a set of orange jammies or something!

Then with all these big boxes I've been getting from my Kohls shopping sprees I would paint the Mystery Machine on the biggest one then cover her baby stroller with it!!!!!!!!

& as a bonus Dh & I would dress up like Ghouls or bad guys for the Gang to catch! We would totally win ANY contest we entered! Cool

If anyone locates a Scooby for a 4 y/o sized kid pahhhhleeeese let me know!
I bought last years version of the $40 Scooby costume for 75% off and my kid has worn it a few times for dress-up. I just looked at it now and there is not a size on it, but I think it is a 4T. He just turned 4 and I was thinking of this Halloween when I bought it. (He is on the small side) If you do not find one and want to borrow it (or buy it) I could send it to you. Let me know. It is really cute and velour-like material with the stuffed amimal head.

Did you use the Starbuck's q's I sent? Any problems?
