It would be interesting to know what's what. OD website says Corei5 in one place and then Corei3 in another. As for storage it says interface M.2 but 1 TB capacity with no mentioning of it being SSD.
Edit: even says HDD is 5,400 rpm. Looks like it's dealer's choice what you're actually getting.

Assuming the model number is correct, here's what you're getting. i3 / HDD
That would make this a relatively cold deal. For $399 one can have a Ryzen 5 5500 with 256 GB SSD at Walmart or you spend another $20 and get the Core i5 of this at Microcenter, also with an SSD. Spinning HDDs in new laptops should be prohibited
Hard pass, probably around $500 after youre done putting an ssd in this. We're at the point where quad cores with ssds are in this price range. Nice to finally see laptops with HDDs now almost being extinct
Lenovo laptops are the absolute worst!! My hard drive failed on a less then two year old machine that was rarely used. I paid over $500 for my ideapad laptop. No customer support. You also have to pay a diagnostic fee before they can tell you how much the repair is

Instead of taking the time to post this on every single thread for a Lenovo laptop, why not invest that time in learning how to replace the hard drive? Also, hard drives fail sometimes. It happens. Also also, Lenovo doesn't even make that hard drive that failed inside of your device, so I encourage you to channel your frustration into figuring out how you can solve your issue. Good luck
