This is only $18.99 on Wyze's website but you have to pay for shipping making the total nearly $30.
What is the difference between Wyze Scale S and Wyze Scale?
Wyze Scale S doesn't measure your heart rate. Instead, it offers a similarly slim, lightweight design at an even more affordable price than Wyze Scale. It also has metal electrodes for more accurate body resistance measurements, a mode to measure your baby or pets, and a bright, and huge, LED display.

It's akin to saying "you buying a 3 bedroom apartment in a so-so neighborhood? I recommend a mansion on the pacific".

Here's the review from Wirecutter (Pay wall alert): https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutte...om-scales/
We have a different brand (Renpho) of this kind of scale that was also around $20 from a sale a couple years back. I'm struggling to get my body fat down to 10% while building muscle mass. Without cardio, my fat persistently hovers around 11.5% and I can guess from looking in the mirror whether it's going to be 11.4 or 11.7, or whatever before even getting on the scale. Is it really that accurate? Probably not, but its inaccuracy is reliable enough for $20.
Bluetooth is horrible. I measure first thing in the morning every morning but I refuse to pick up my phone until after breakfast… then sitting on the can at work I load the app and see it's 2 weeks out of date.
As far as accuracy, precision is more important then accuracy so it's fine.
As far body fat and stuff… total BS. I picked 6 different weigh-ins across 2 years where I had the same body weight to the decimal…. My body fat, bone density, every thing was the exact same
Scale does seem inaccurate compared to my existing scale and it seems to fluctuate between readings. Not sure if I don't have it sitting right or something so will see how it acts over the next few days.
I like the bone density function also. That would be very useful for older people to know what their bone density is.
