hello, Healthnet says they won't cover any reimbursement after two phone calls. I understand they are legally required to but they won't. There is no contact phone number on the government website that states they must cover them. Do you happen to know who to call to report them? I bet others are having the same problem.

You need to contact your State's health insurance regulator and file a complaint.

Would you know?

The reimbursement, do they take the money from your existing medical account balance (like PCA/HSA) or is the reimbursement from Aetna's pockets and doesn't touch any of your account balances?

I received my free covid tests in just four days after ordering them on the start date. Really surprised they came in so quick.

Anyone had luck with reimbursing Covid test through online order without pharmacy receipt. I'm being throw around in circles by my health insurance and my prescription insurance.
