I am planning just one scope before workouts.
fyi one scoop is half a serving (50 mg) which is only around the same as one can of soda.

But for someone who doesn't drink caffeine, 1 scoop is enough or 2 or 3.

Going to 6 scoops is like chugging 6 sodas, not good imo.

Costco has always been a better deal on these compared to Bodybuilding.com (I've bought them from both)
The drawback with Costco that they usually just have 1-2 flavor options.
I really liked the grape but wasn't a fan of the strawberry.
I'm going to give the watermelon a shot.
These are a lot cheaper than an energy drink and work well when you need a caffeine boost but aren't in the mood for coffee.

I prefer vitamin mineral fusion from infowars life. It doesn't have the the caffeine (I get enough from coffee).

its literally just yummy caffeine. can get the same boost off a cup of coffee, soda, or caffeine tablet or powder.

but imo, price isnt terrible on sale, I like to take a scoop in mornings sometimes as energy boost, I dont drink coffee

I take 2-3 scoops to get motivation to go to gym though. doesnt do much in actual performance, need stronger stuff imo for hardcore workouts. this is just pure caffeine.

It's not just caffeine. This is EAAS which are similar but not the same as BCAAS. Your body can use these much better than BCAAS and are used for muscle recovery. Here's a short article explaining. These are amazing for recovery and prior to working out because it's basically protein amino acids which help repair muscle breakdown. Great deal for what it is.

never really knew what the aminos did, bodybuilding forum says BCAA"s etc other abbreviations are just snake oil, so I never really thought about the rest. but the primary booster is caffeine. which taste amazing.

I was just expressing concern about the addiction to it. lol. as a non caffeine non soda drinker, this is the only caffeine I get, unless someone gives me a tea at someones house or something

Just posting on here to say people need to be more aware of amino acids. They are the building blocks for the human body and without the proper amounts of each one leads to neurological and physical ailments of all sorts. In fact some if the most modern treatments can either be supplemental or solely dependant on amino acids for a significant number of diseases.

Is this basically BCAA's? Aka overpriced protein powder with caffeine and salt?

Too bad they only tell you how many mg of caffeine. They do have a good blend of ingredients that would suffice for a good preworkout…if they put the amounts…pass

From what I understand, people prefer the one without electrolytes anyways haha. I'll have to try this out but as a previous comment stated the blend doesn't indicate how much of each amino is in there and we have to rely on the greatest to least typical nutritional info. Even so, the typical American diet often contains NONE of some of the amino acids provided in this blend. Even if it was just 50-100 mg of the less common aminos this is totally worth it. Unfortunately, I don't believe we can tell or at least I can't find it.

I was a fan of the previous flavor at Costco. I get this still because I use it, but the flavor might not be for everyone. It's a very sweet fake watermelon flavor. Not that you would have it on an empty stomach but if you do it will likely upset it.

Like jolly rancher's watermelon??
