Looks like a great starter keyboard for your kids to discover they hate playing piano (LOL). Small and portable and most importantly.... has a headphone jack. No one should ever buy a full scale expensive keyboard/piano until they pass the $50 litmus test.
1st pic in OPs post is not the product. 2nd and 3rd are. 1st pic is a much nicer keyboard (well, maybe not MUCH nicer...), don't be fooled by the misleading pic.
When do you NOT need 88key:

Pop music, messing around, wet feet.

__ Even if the sheet music has notes written higher or lower, you can shift them within the range of the 61 key and it'll sound mostly OK.

When do you NEED 88key:

Classical music, Chopin, Beethoven, Mozart, etcc

Dang. What a discount! In for 20!
*Edit after the edit- Original post said this thing was $88k. I guess I didn't need to buy 20 of them…

Last time there was a deal on Alesis Talent piano for $49 with keyboard, stand and bench people said it was not a good and complained that you don't want to learn on this. Looking at the reviews of this one, they are quite positive. Is this good to get for starting to learn? Mainly for kids to get into learning piano. And if they would be taking piano lessons, would they require full size piano to practice on?

This looks very similar to a Casiotone that was at Costco a few weeks ago. Can anyone confirm?

This would be a great $50 test to see if piano is for you. You do NOT need 88keys. By the time you want 88keys, you will be upgrading.

This seems like an awesome deal for a decent keyboard. I bought the Costco Casio keyboard from Costco for my son at over $120, and this looks identical to that one besides maybe it doesn't come with an included music stand and some sample music...

Actually, I think the Costco keyboard was the S-200, but there seems to be very few differences among the models. I found this compairson on BB that says perhaps the S100 isn't compatible with all external software ... I still would have bought this deal had it been avail.

I bought the Walmart keyboard but realized my apartment is too small for a toy like these. I would categorize this as a toy as well, and probably not as good as the previous deal for learning: the previous deal included instructional time on websites.

Neither keyboard seems to be midi compatible. Neither has weighted keys or keys that would alter volume based upon how they were hit. Either of these would be good to generate sound effects or as a toy and both have full size keys. This keyboard says it is compatible via USB with other devices so if that makes it midi ready then it would be a better choice. But I would expect something to be midi compatible or to have weighted keys to not be a toy

The Costco's one has a case, this one doesn't mention it.
