I got one last November, works great with my 10700K. It's a great CPU cooler, 5 soldered heat-pipes, dual TL-C12PRO PWM fan, support 115x / 1200 / 2066 / 2011 / AM4. TL-C12PRO is dynamic balanced and calibrated in factory.
Not support LGA 1700, but can wait Thermalright to offer new installation kit.
Now it's only $29.25, much cheaper than Noctua U12S, and even cheaper than some Cooler Master's cooler, but with better performance.

CM Hyper 212 EVO is 159mm Height (158.5 mm). CM has sold a lot
of these over the last decade. Many Mid-Tower and larger fit them.

Turns out it was an early rev of the Cooler Master Q300 and they fixed it by tweaking the case for better cooler clearance
