The way I read this, you get the credit by starting a Vella story. It then can be used to buy a physical product sold by Amazon.com, but not to buy any future kindle books or any other digital product. So, you can use it to buy a CD, but not the MP3 version of the same album. Although presumably you can buy an auto-rip CD and get both Smilie
