Received mine today. It actually comes in a white box with a green bottom and has the adapter included and even pictured on the front.

In for 1 - I've been using the single ear headset thing + my atmos home theater setup. This will be good to keep around in case I ever need to go headset only. Thanks OP.

Where in the listing does it say the adapter is included? It is not shown in the pictures or mentioned in the text.

Quite a few Amazon reviews of this headset said the adapter was missing.

In ebay description its not listed, but i cant find any items without adapter.

The pictures on ebay do match the one being sold on Amazon that claims to have the adapter. They don't match the images on Microsoft or Xbox websites that don't have the adapter.
