Received mine today. It actually comes in a white box with a green bottom and has the adapter included and even pictured on the front.

Xbox wireless headset works well for gaming/work. I use it paired directly to my Xbox ss and Bluetooth to either my work laptop or work phone when I'm working. Then paired to my personal phone when I'm off work. Can't beat the features for $100.
Once properly tuned, it sounds amazing when used with Dolby Atmos.

Mine snapped after 3 years but for the price I ended up buying the same one. I think the new wired version is around $70.

I have owned 3 of these in the past 5 years. If the box is sealed it will include the Amp... also all 3 have broken in the same spot on the band. Worth 20? Yes the Amp sells for 20-25 used. I still have 3 of the amps and I just picked up another pair. I'll use these as a backup for the headset

However, I will be surprised if it has the adapter since all the reviews do not mention it on ebay.

I did notice pics of green box v white box.

Big question is why would these be on clearance if they were not very old stock? If it is very old stock, it probably has the adapter.

Checked both versions of XBOX controllers and they look to have the exact same connections on the back.
