Received mine today. It actually comes in a white box with a green bottom and has the adapter included and even pictured on the front.

my fave NC headphones for yard work were only $18. Those were wireless BT and did cut out a lot of engine noise. I won't be out much if I damage or wear them out. I'm glad I didn't listen to the audiophiles complaining about a twenty dollar item.

We living with inflation lolol. I mean we've always lived with inflation. But yes I guess the shortage of components is what you mean. And supply chain issues

Got mine today as well. New/Sealed retail box with the mentioned adapter.

Question - There's also a USB cable included. I don't see any ports on the headset itself. Am I missing something?

I've been using this headset for a year and a half now. If the price includes the adapter, definitely worth it just for that. Adapter is very handy for muting and changing the game audio/chat audio ratio.

The mic is very sensitive to noise. Sound leaks out of the headphones and gets picked up by the mic - extremely annoying to your teammates. Suggestion is to get an in-line mic ($15 on Amazon for a cheapie) that sits between the controller and your own pair of headphones.

yes, just go mine today and it works on my android phone, good for those FM radio stations during outages. In a hurry so just ordered another while I try it out. I'm using them on phones and a cheap MP3 player so far. They could be more comfortable, the ear cups are a bit stiff, not as soft as my cheapos. heck I even have a few bluetooth adapters with mini jack out that might work but they aren't portable.

Also confirming I got two and the separate adapter is included. Sealed boxes, great condition, shipped from Microsoft c/o Arvato in California.

I haven't tested them out but the adapter alone made this a great deal.

I would just say to make sure the seller on eBay is Microsoft.

sure is, just like that. Never used one and now wondering why I ordered another set. I cancelled after taking stock of my headphone collection and all these earbuds. One is fine and worth it even if not a gamer, works on my other gadgets. Probably not the best sound for music, probably made for chat.
