Question - There's also a USB cable included. I don't see any ports on the headset itself. Am I missing something?

The mic is very sensitive to noise. Sound leaks out of the headphones and gets picked up by the mic - extremely annoying to your teammates. Suggestion is to get an in-line mic ($15 on Amazon for a cheapie) that sits between the controller and your own pair of headphones.

I got one from the above seller. Excellent sound and pretty comfortable for what it is. These are store returns I guess. Everthing was included except the box. It has been working perfectly for the past 6 months
I haven't tested them out but the adapter alone made this a great deal.
I would just say to make sure the seller on eBay is Microsoft.
