You can buy a Roku or Fire stick for super cheap. You talk like using the TVs platform is mandatory or something. Purchasing a TV based off its operating system is probably the dumbest thing you could prioritize.

ive had this tv for a little over a year now (14 months)...ive only ever used a 4k firestick on it because for some reason, ive believed the issues with the Chinese backdoor problem. whether that bothers you or not is solely your choice. As a tv, its still great. its no top of line samsung or LG but good luck finding a tv anywhere near 75" for 500-600 USD. with a little color calibration, or really none if youre not a color-phile, the picture is clear, the speakers are actually decent if you dont have a soundbar/speakers (i prefer the deep bass of floor speakers/subs) and viewing angles are pretty good for a normal sized living room. i have a good amount of light in my living room and on really bright days i do wish i bought the blackout curtains. But i also dont have my brightness and color settings changed too much so im sure i can get it clearer on sunny days. My only real gripe is the remote it came with. the volume slider ramps up in speed so what started as a 10 unit volume change suddenly becomes a 30 unit change and your tv is screaming at you (and so is my fiance). there is also no mute button which blows my mind in 2020 (when i bought it). the new fire remote fixed most of those problems except the crazy volume speed which i just got used to.

Bottom line, a 75 inch TV for sub $600 is not going to be great. There's always going to be some concessions. If you factor in how long the set will last before it needs to be replaced, you're really not saving any money. But, you do have to suffer with a lower quality picture in the meantime.
Expensive TVs dont last any longer than cheap ones. I've had Hisense and Changhong TVs for 5+ years.

But it is Best Buy!!! Hands down the worst retailer to deal with defects or returns. Fifteen day return, some have restocking vs Amazon return policy. Buy from Amazon.
