Hello! While somewhat of a moot point with this deal now officially dying, hopefully a learning opportunity for you as a new member!

When you see a severely discounted / PM, you do NOT contact customer service EVER (best case - you get useless contrivances from likely overwhelmed retail workers, worst case - you alert them to the item and ruin it for others), you place a modest order for what you and yours can use (everyone hates the greedy), and enjoy the community excitement waiting to see if the orders work or don't. If they don't (and they usually don't) it's no big deal and we move on without anger or frustration.

But any veteran of this site will happily tell you if the crazy few times the orders DID go through, and they make it all worthwhile.

Hope this helps with some tips and some perspective, and happy hunting!

Upload a photo of the printed pickup receipt on top of the Aerogarden box. You can use a marker to block the personal info. Then we'll all believe you and have some hope of winning this lottery lol.

Haha you got it! The email says it's in a locker so I'm not sure what kind of receipt they put in there. But I'll go to customer service if there isn't one. And I don't see a paper clip when I hit reply? Maybe I need to be on my laptop instead of phone… Regardless, I'll figure it out so I can post pics tomorrow!
