When you see a severely discounted / PM, you do NOT contact customer service EVER (best case - you get useless contrivances from likely overwhelmed retail workers, worst case - you alert them to the item and ruin it for others), you place a modest order for what you and yours can use (everyone hates the greedy), and enjoy the community excitement waiting to see if the orders work or don't. If they don't (and they usually don't) it's no big deal and we move on without anger or frustration.
But any veteran of this site will happily tell you if the crazy few times the orders DID go through, and they make it all worthwhile.
