The ACP provides a $30/month discount for internet access. Once you qualify and are approved for the ACP, you can call ATT Fiber to have them apply the discount to your account. The regular fiber is 300Mbps speed and is $65, but auto-pay puts that to $60 a month. First, they will try to upsell more features or faster connection so that you keep paying $60/month with the ACP program. However, just let them know you'd like the discount. That puts your fiber internet cost to $30/month.
Next, they have a script to read through and will mention ATT Connect (if they don't mention it - ask them about it). ATT Connect is a somewhat slower internet connection (100Mbps speed) that isn't really publicized. The cost is $30/month. If you are good with the 100 speed (which is still a good speed), the ACP program fully covers the $30/fee and you will have free internet connectivity.

Edit: Once you receive your rewards card, you will get calls from scammers saying that they sent you wrong balance and will ask for the card details. DO NOT SHARE IT. The call sounded real as they knew exactly how much I got in reward cards and they called me on the phone number i provided to ATT. I fell for that scam and lost $150. Beware.
