I have been wanting a griddle/flat top grill to add to my outdoor cooking collection. While this may not be the best, for $200, it is really hard to beat. It is the same model as the Blue Rhino that sells at Lowes for $400. This model is also for sale at amazon for about $400.
I also got $15 off for oversize shipping. This model can be collapsed and transported.
Total for me out the door was $242.42 after shipping and tax. You can get $20 off coupon for signing up for email or texts, but I had already done that. EDIT: Seems as though Dicks will not allow you to use the email or text coupon on this purchase.

But this folds up nicely and has a cover for itself
I'll take a shot if I can get the coupon code to work
Shipping sucks

Same here.
If the $20 off coupon does not work then I feel like getting the Members Mark griddle at Sam's Club might be the better deal.
That is certainly an option to buy or make one. The OP is large at 37" .... so there is that.

Not sure what Sam's has, but if you already have a grill, the expense is just a griddle.
At 118 lbs plus the gas tank, the OP is not all that portable for many, but I suppose doable. I saw some Blackstone's at Lowes the other day and although a bit pricey, they are some nice grills/griddles.
This is 118lbs, not what you would drag to a park lol. This is about spot on specs of the Blackstone 36", $100 cheaper. There are many other smaller, portable models if you wanted to bring around with you.
