This is with bestbuy, so no bill credit involved, it's instant trade in value that deducts from the sale price, and tax is on the deducted selling price too. Don't mislead others.

ATT is $100 cheaper further. $500 for mini and $600 for regular. But trade in values are horrible.

T-Mo is still the best in value overall.

Can you submit multiple unlock requests if you only have one line with T-mobile? I've done 2 trade-ins and the first is currently showing under the devices on my t-mobile account. Can I submit the 2nd unlock request for the 2nd phone after activating? Or does the phone with the current unlock request have to stay on the account until the unlock is processed?

Thanks for confirming my math is correct?

If you had pick full payment from the iPhone order page, the iphone mini is $599, not $699 with installment plan.
You are right. This BB site keeps automatically toggle to the payment plan. I realized it now. I'm no longer receiving the verification code. I guess bus acct is STILL INELIGIBLE.

You have to keep both phones active in T-Mobile network when you ask them to unlock your devices. So the answer is not since you can't keep both phone active with only one number.

It is right on the iPhone page - the default is a payment plan and just below is a purchase option. You need to click that before you add to the cart to get the deal
Dan, the BB site keeps toggle me back to payment automatically. You are right. I no longer receive the verification code. I remember that BB rep said previously that they cannot access bus acct on their system which obviously can't proceed with any promotion. Well, maybe another time. Thank you.

Can anyone confirm how it works if you are trading in a previously free phone that still has bill credits attached to it?

I have an iPhone SE that I will trade in, but it still has 4 payment installments and 4 credits that essentially make the phone free.

If I trade in this phone and still keep the line active with the new phone do those credits still apply or will I be billed for the payments but not receiver the credits?

I have Verizon but my neighbor has T-Mobile so I told her about this deal after she was bitching about her current iPhone 11 Pro being too big for her purses and that she wants to get an iPhone 13 mini... Then the other day she was complainiong that the phone had gotten wet and wasn't taking a charge.
She just laughed and said she didn't need my help and that she had already been offered ANY model iPhone for FREE by T-Mobile directly,
she wants you breh LMAO

Did this last night, they were 30 min from close so they wouldn't let us do the data transfer. iCloud was messing up last night so it took forever to get Find My disabled on our iPhone 11s we were trading in. Got done and they handed us the new phones and new SIMs. Got home, and the SIMs weren't even activated on our account so I had to contact T-Mobile to get that fixed. Pretty happy about getting the 13 for $250 each outright but man I hate how bad customer service in stores is these days. That used to be how B&M was going to keep from losing out to the Internet (until they joined it). Now they are all just like Walmart.
This seems less like bad customer service and more like being unprepared on your part. There are a few posts here that say to do the opposite of almost everything you did.

1. Don't show up during the last 30 minutes.
2. Do back up your phone at home before going to the store, via iTunes or iCloud.
3. Do remove find my iPhone and reset phone prior to going to the store.
4. Do remove your old SIM cards from your old phones prior to trading in. That way you can insert them in to your new phones without having to activate new SIM cards.

Most people whole followed these steps saved themselves and the BestBuy clerks a lot of time and a headache. Usually in and out in under 15 minutes. Some people (myself included) got out in 5 minutes by following these steps.
Only posting this in case it helps other people still trying to get in on this deal.

Anybody trade in an iPhone 6s+? It shows two different options ("+" and "Plus"), one gives $200, the other $50 value. Any ideas?
To clarify, I'm asking what's the difference between selecting iPhone 6s+ and iPhone6s Plus, since that seems to be the same phone but one option gives $50, the other $200 trade-in value

I doubt anyone here will have a conclusive answer. I say roll the dice and choose the one with the higher trade in amount.

that's exactly what I was thinking when I read his post

I have done cell phone deals in Best Buy, Costco, tmobile, etc...there are always people who don't have anything backed up. People who don't even have their phone charged Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
