3) the item number is also in the photo of the tag, 980349891
You will notice there is a very similar item on the sams club website. An almost identical model number (TT218Y21005) and item number.
It is not the same item. The item I posted is not on the website, or I would have linked it.
You can see on the manufacturers site, there are two distinct model numbers.
