Food is good, but annoying promotions are rarely what they are shown.
At least at my location, they dont actually cook any of the meat themselves, it all gets delivered to them and they keep it warm. So it is entirely possible they were out of something when they opened. This has happened to me a few times trying to get their smoked turkey, (its amazing btw), they were waiting on a delivery.

I just placed my order Online for pickup. But when adding JUST 1 sandwich to my cart it was $28. When adding the drink and adding the code it went down to $4.75 total. BUT WTF lol

Yeah. The original price doesn't make sense. But with coupon I have no complaints. FYI The coupon can be used multiple times under the same account.

I can't stand that Dickey's flourishes. They have some alright sauces but don't season their meats worth a damn. My grandma from the bbq-less upper midwest can make better bbq. And she's dead.

Of all the bbq places from Texas to take off as a chain, this was/is the worst.

Ordered through the app. Total showed $3.24. Submitted order. Was charged full price of $11.xx.

Called the number on the app and was told that they were having issues with the promo code and that they've gotten many calls regarding the issue. They are supposedly sending me a $10 voucher for the inconvenience.

just ordered mine at the Bellevue, WA, (near Seattle) location. Drink price was jacked up to $2.99 from $2.75, so order was $3.29 after tax. Fortunately the price wasn't up to $10 as some others have reported.

$5 after a tip, ordered online. I've never had Dickey's. I pass one everyday to work and decided this was worth the try. I am impressed, that was a pretty good chicken sandwich, but I don't think i would ever pay more $5 for one. I decided to grab some brisket when I went in to pick it up and it was pretty good too! They get a lot of smokey bbq pit flavor in the food. I always thought it'd be like a fast food whataburger of bbq, its better. Guess I'll stop in more often to try the sides and pork soon. Marketing worked on me.

Apparently I've had the pulled pork nachos from Texas Motor Speedway, didn't realize that was Dickey's (thanks wife)
