I grabbed a few at my local Walmart. They have moved all the hand tools into a case that you need an associate to open. Weirdly they still store the overstock on top of the 6.5ft shelf. There were none in the case, but six above. Kind of defeats the case a bit, but I'm not complaining.

My store is always way behind on marking things down physically, but you can scan the barcode with the Walmart app to verify price. (Or scan and go if you're W+)

These style ratcheting wrench are terrible. I wouldn't pay even $1 for these.

The 1/4" one could be used, after a little modification, as a ratchet for screwdriver bits. Once I epoxied a small super magnet to this type of wrench and it worked OK with standard size bits.
