This is Cassia, a la "Chinese" cinnamon. which contains a toxin called coumarin.

So what do you do with such a huge quantity of cinnamon?

I bake a low-cal pumpkin pie at least once a week. With 2-3 tsp cinnamon per pie, it goes quick enough. I usually buy the 2.5oz great value bottles for $1.18 at wallyworld, but this is cheaper and likely higher quality. If you don't use much, avoid this deal like the plague--I made the mistake of buying a similarly sized bottle of italian seasoning... I will never ever run out that garbage.

It's funny, I bought that big bottle of Italian seasoning from a deal on SD as well. I think it was this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PQREOI

Barely made a dent on it after a year and a half, and the really funny thing is that it is the same price almost 20 months later, though I did save 75 cents back then thanks to subscribe and save laugh out loud.

Yeah that's the one alright. For a while I was just putting it in salads and such, but I've also been putting it on scrambled/fried eggs. At current pace, it should take me about 10 years to finish that bottle. No one else wants to touch it. Too imposing.
