Found a bunch of these at Home Depot today in the clearance section @ $1. It's the most basic soft white Hue bulb that doesn't do much other than dim.

Yes, I HAVE seen some holiday bulbs that do that -- red green for xmas, red blue for July 4, etc.
I took the poster to mean that they want it to just randomly select something new in the RGB space every 20s or so.
