Well maybe if you run a light OS.... Linux Mint... Lubuntu etc...
I have a Chromebook with a Celeron N4020 for basic web browsing and it can get bogged down with basic tasks at times....
I can't imaging using something as heavy as W10 or 11!!!!

I have a Chromebook with a Celeron N4020 for basic web browsing and it can get bogged down with basic tasks at times....

Touchscreen alone makes it decent deal imo. I would run MagicMirror or a DIY StreamDeck as a dedicated "appliance". Cheaper than most digital picture frames.

Is there a way to install a SSD and boot from it than using that emmc storage? Ram upgradable ?

Does anybody know if this would be a good for a Zoom meeting? I know this computer is no powerhouse, but for a basic zoom meeting to meet people virtually or pay bills or shop and check e-mail.

No and no, emmc only and soldered ram with no expansion slot

You be better off with the chromebooks at Costco that this POS. Some were at great discounts with a 14 inch screen.

It's somehow even weaker than my Asus eee pc from 2011 and yet has 4GB of ram. Frankly amazing.
