Ionno, hard to explain. I think Amazon knows this, that it was stored improperly but the Best Buy date is still far away so technically it's still salvageable.

Costco on the other hand turns over items faster than they need to in order to prevent this from happening, and resells anything questionable or that gets near the sell-by date to Grocery Outlet.
