Even though I have one, Discover is a complete joke of a card now. Every single benefit that the card gave worth having (price match, extended protection, travel insurance, etc) has been stripped and now they act like being able to lock your card from your app is such a great feature and a reason to have one.

The old 4th quarter deal was pretty good for Xmas shopping. Now, it is apparently just Amazon which is increasingly being taken over by generic crap. And I can't use Discover for anything I'd want an extended warranty for so there goes any electronic purchase.

If Discover wasn't my oldest account, Id consider dropping it for something else.
