This is the price we bought it at. Hits this price often. Be warned, this is not very heavy and our 18 month old can tip it by leaning hard on one of the thinner sides. Also, the safety bar is borderline high/ needs to be thicker, they can slide under it or flip over it. That being said we still use it.

Seems too expensive for a step stool even with discount.

Seems pretty expensive for what it is. Plus the weight limit doesn't allow for the adult to use it to reach a high shelf.
We have one of those Ikea step stools.. our toddler uses it all the time too.

Yes, but that one doesn't have the built in bar to trip the little devils when they step backwards.

You can find IKEA hacks for it that cost you like $2.

We have one (not this brand). And it turned out that our 1.5 yo then used it as a siege tower to reach the counter top to get things (that she was not supposed to). So, be careful ๐Ÿ˜„

We use it. We think it's very useful and good enough for less than 30lb toddlers. It's heavy enough that they can't just move it around on their own. We use it in bathroom when brushing, when washing hands and sometimes in kitchen for kid to watch from safe distance when mom cooking. For us money well spent.
