I received this item as a gift for Christmas, as a secret Santa. It seemed to work well with charging either my iPhone XS or iPhone XR. The stand does not close. After 5 months the charging stand does not work any more. I changed the cable and also changed the cube charger and does not work, after 5 months of use.
I did not move it to locations or ever leave my nightstand. the price was not cheap for the price since i had decent luck with other Anker products. However after my experience with this item I will not buy any more items form Anker. There was poor customer service support. I replied to several emails from customer support. Doing everything they asked and sent pictures. I do not have a receipt since I received the item as a gift thru Secret Santa at work. They will not assist in a replacement of an item that is 5 months old, never abused or moved or transported.
I will not buy anymore Anker items, very disappointed in the quality and customer service support. SHAME!
