I think by proper he means not seeing that lone white wire that runs to the box? Otherwise I believe most people just put the box someplace nearby (the wire is 16 ft long) and plug it in to an outlet there. So it sounds like he went through a lot of trouble to hide the one white wire.

It is not clear from the product page, you dont get a removable bezel in the box, at least with 2020 one. the additional ones snap onto the TV. I was guessing it may have a black one when I ordered, that is the tv itself.
2021 may be different.

Create a samsung account with an employer email address and if your employer is part of the program then you'll see the discounted prices. Or use the link below to create your cart, and it says you'll have to verify your status during checkout, though I haven't done it that way.

It was removed yesterday morning right before I was going to buy something. Definitely a sad day. It should come back at some point though, just have no idea when.

Yes, I had chat prepare a cart with the 3 promo codes mentioned at the top of the thread. Then, I visited the cart while logged into my employee pricing enabled Samsung account. Lastly, after the order was made I requested to cancel via chat and was offered 10% off.

Put in my order for the 55" Frame TV w/ the free white modern bezel frame using my EPP account, for a total of $866 ($800 + tax). Couldn't use the the OP's 5% discount code and didn't bother with the free installation (since I don't trust unknown contractors coming into my house and drilling holes in my drywall/studs).

As for the bezels, the "white modern" looks really nice in reviews and blends in best with my walls. The brown looks to me a bit too similar to the default black frame, and the red -- well, i don't have the interior color scheme to work with it.

Planning to hang this in my master bedroom, and we do have that 15-day window for returns (which I heard are easy with Samsung).

Tried the free installation and the guys were actually good, quick, and knew what they were doing. They also helped drill a hole in the wall and run a conduit down since the cable is not in wall rated.

However, we couldn't get the TV to be flush with the wall. It's pretty close but there's a clear .5 inch gap. I read on forums that you have to pull the black hooks on the mount out a little more so you can lock hangars. No matter how many times we tried, we could get the hangers to lock but not the magnets to lock. Anyone else have this issue or know what I'm talking about?

So I messed up and processed my order without the free bezel coupon code or reaching out to support. So I ended up with an order that was $799.99 for the 55" Frame TV and $67.50 for the Modern White bezel. I contacted support to cancel my order but it was too late, so instead they gave me a $91.90 refund and a $20 promo code because they couldn't offer a refund greater than 10%. It doesn't come out to as good as this deal but its close enough. Side note, I didn't want free mounting cause I don't trust anyone besides myself to do it right and level.
