IMO, at this price this grinder is a no brainer for anyone in the market for an inexpensive. America's Test Kitchen rates it their top inexpensive grinder.
ATK performed blind taste tests with the staff and Boston-area experts (coffee dealers, coffee shop owners, baristas and regular coffee drinkers), and no one could tell the difference between coffee made from grounds from bur vs blade grinders.
That suggests that uniform size of grounds has little to not detectable impact on flavor, even for coffee experts. Even more so for us regular coffee drinkers.
I've had this grinder for a few months and it's been great. I follow James Hoffman's instructions on approximating lattes and cappuccinos at home with this grinder and an aeropress and was shocked by how decent the coffee turned out.
Just keep in mind to pulse the grinder, then shake the grounds, then pulse again. This keeps grounds from hiding under the blade.

If Walmart has in stock, they have been from $13 to $20. When Walmart runs out of stock, as has happened, they have been as high as $30 from 3rd party sellers. I was looking for one before Christmas as a gift and it was close to $20 and just left in cart. About a week later, they had dropped back down to about this price, so I bought and shipped it.
(note: weed is recreational in my state, not that that stopped me before)
I just looked and the one I have been using is made in Mexico. The more recently purchased 'spare' is made in China.
Does it matter? Well, it used to, but when politically imposed tariffs (basically a back door tax to the consumer to line the federal coffers) under the guise of increasing employment that obviously failed, I am moving towards free market ideology that is the lowest price to the consumer.
Automation [aei.org] is what has largely reduced employment in sectors that were once employee dependent. Soon, states that are imposing massive increases in minimum wage as a 'living wage' for the otherwise low literacy jobs will see those automated. As labor costs rise from the back breaking work of produce pickers to steel production, to even medical fields, automation is the viable replacement as more affordable with more production.

I would also comment that the ATK video makes no reference to their brew method, coffee type, recipe, anything. If they're brewing up a big weak pot of Starbucks beans in a Mr. Coffee and serving it up in one ounce plastic sample cups then I'm not surprised that no one could tell the difference.
