It's been a while since I registered for binance but I believe for basic account you shouldn't need any ID and definitely not social, just limits how much you can transfer. Coinbase only asks for the last 4 of your SSN to verify your account and you have to upload front and back of your ID

You can set up 2 step authentication also

Which low Coinbase Pro fees are you talking about, the .5% for each trade if you trade less than 10k?

The coin has already gone up 2372 % before it came on Coinbase. We can gain more if we get them before they get listed on coinbase.. thank you OP for posting this deal

Creating more accounts will be a pain trying to get our taxes right. Coinbase pro and Binance.US.. but then it is a pain to get the coins that are just launched as asia and europe is where you can get in early.. but then you have more experience than me..

I use Coinbase and Robinhood because of better tax form support for my crypto dabbling but my god is Coinbase buggy. Every time these types of things are posted, Coinbase "is experiencing technical issues."

I would use coinbase pro ( which has same login and password as cb but low on fees)
