Yes I would try to price match to Best Buy for something this expensive. And if you are Elite Plus member in BB 45 day return policy is best you can get for something like this. I like this one but thinking to price match and get Acer 32in 4k 144hz for $1k since Microcenter has it on sale now instead of $1200. I have Acer 32" 4K 60z now which still works like a champ and had it since came out.

Gamer's nexus YT channel details a recent bad experience with an open box purchase (a motherboard) which was not even opened before returning. Newegg claimed damage to the CPU pins and would not back down from a denial until the influencer' guns came out. Then Newegg immediately capitulated.

They also did some BS stuff with their bundles with video cards where the PSU was a POS... But if you returned that, you forfeit everything.

B/t microcenter, monoprice, the big boxes (costco, worstbuy) , as well as the OEMs (lenovo), I haven't needed Newegg... And this was before I even heard of their nefarious deeds.

Not recommend buying monitor from newegg. If you have 1 dead pixel they won't accept return.
