They are absolute shit, I mistakenly bought a pair of pants like these from a post on slickdeals only to find out the company is based in China. The product you get felt like it was made from tent material nylon and the measurements were horrible.
The return process, I fought them tooth and nail via Paypal who defended me the whole way. The company offered a percentage refund of like $15 because they require you to ship the product back to China meaning you have to pay for the shipping to get the full refund and let me tell you the address they give you to ship is a farking nightmare.

Here is the reply from them,
For return, you will need to mail the items back to China and the costs for return have to be borne by you. You may enquire with the Local Post Office or any available economical logistics companies. Please ensure that parcels for return are processed properly as Lightinthebox would not be liable if the parcel is rejected by the logistics companies or not received by us. This process of return usually takes about 3-5 weeks upon us receiving your parcel.
Based on our experience, the incurred costs may be of similar value or higher than that of your parcel. This means that sending the items back to China may not be a viable option for you.
Therefore, instead of a return, may we suggest that you keep the items, give them to a friend/family member who can use them? Sometimes, a new order for the correct size may be more cost-effective than a return.
We would like to propose the following offers which may be more beneficial and practical than a return:
a) Keep the items and receive a reward of 30% of the product's value. (16.19 USD)
b) Keep the items with a refund of 20% of the product's value. (10.80 USD)
Please let us know your final decision on which offer you would prefer ('a' or 'b'). We will arrange accordingly as soon as we receive your reply. Should you not agree to any of the above options and wish to proceed with a return for refund instead, kindly inform us so we shall include the instruction on 'How to return' in the next reply.
