In my experience, they are at least tougher than tennis balls. All little firmer and heavier.
Your dog is the main factor. Could easily destroy in a week if they really want to.

I've bought the medium tennis sized ones a few times and my border collie spits them in the first hour just playing ball. He is not a chewer. Some of their other balls are great but these are a bust.

Idk what people are talking about, these balls are fantastic. If your dog is all about destroying shit then yea he will probably destroy the ball given enough time. My two dogs love them and they are nearly indestructible. Border collie/blue heeler mix and pitbull/rottweiler mix. I have 6 of these balls in medium size. None have any issues.

I can't speak for the small size but the medium size 2.5" has been amazing for our dog. Have learned that tennis balls have abrasive felt which can be bad for dogs and ours loves to chew. Tennis balls made for dogs are just for fetch, made with natural rubber and destroyed after a few minutes of chewing. These balls are now our favorites and have lasted and totally worth the money.
