I may have just gotten lucky, but I got this watch a few days ago for $25. Walmart had two of them on sale sitting in the jewelry counter display.

I also have the solar atomic version and think the premium is worth it. I got this watch for my son and he loves it. Also you can get a metal band on AliExpress for cheap.
