The Cleer Next was initially marketed as a competitor to the Sennheiser HD800s. Clear managed to develop a sound signature that was close to that of the HD800s while "fixing" issues in the low end and pulling some of the high end sibilance out. Their big selling point was the price tag being a fraction of the headphones that they intended on competing against.
These headphones typically sell at the $600 mark; however, it looks like B&H photo is having a sale for $449.99.
To take advantage of this sale there a no coupons, codes, or special tricks necessary. Simply add these to your cart and they will reflect the sale price previously mentioned.

I don't think it's a bad deal, I just don't think I'd personally jump on them. But I haven't heard them so I obviously can't say anything for certain.

The company that essentially is "Cleer" is known as "Shenzhen Grandsun Electronic Co., Ltd." and can be found on Alibaba, their total annual export is listed as "Annual Export US $155,000,000" and they have over 3/4 a million dollars verified in transactions on Alibaba this year alone. In my experience there are many companies with millions in transactions that have under 10k/year Alibaba business, that said the annual export is given by them, but can be checked via public importation records to see how much they import at least to the USA, not in the mood to do so and I don't care to audit them, does little good. They also have many other brands they make, "Pearl" and "ZEN" among them and probably a few others, with multiple other items under other names, why do this? Because I doubt they want their $700 flagship headphone associated with sub $50 TWS, and because they are smart Chinese, anyone can go lookup this company by googling Alibaba and the product name(since unlike other headphone companies from EU who require all sorts of checks to become authorized dealers if you throw down enough cash as an E-retailer or a brick and morter you can talk their prices down and sell their products new, imported directly from China from the factory) but American's DON'T do this.... and they get multiple different "shots" and grabbing market share, diversified risk for ratings or bad reps and in extreme cases end up competing.... with themselves, but calling them a small company is quite a mis-step.
Regardless their are views of this item up, not good at $600-700, maybe OK at this range if you like the sound and prioritize build quality highly, for those interested what the lowest few pre-owned sale prices look like for something like this, $300-$350. This is just what I know, not going into detail, take it or leave it and I have no idea if those units were from previous sales of this item. I might pull the trigger, worse you will lose here is maybe $200, and that is considering outside of the lowest sale prices you can sell these used for around $500 anyway in a few months down the line as there is history on Ebay of barely used units moving(if they go back up to regular price, haven't actually checked what is last 3+ months, I just know, again take it or leave it), the $300-$350 is worst case, when it needs to be moved, if your willing to wait you may or may not even lose $. All really depends if this "sale price" is either the new price, temporary, or the going out of stock forever price and good luck finding out without a Alibaba account without at least 6 figures in deals in the last 12 months, who knows though, some companies are transparent so consider asking their US based support workforce or sending them a message on Alibaba asking for details on continuation as well as future pricing. If I buy I will be asking but not disclosing what they may say for various reasons, sorry.
EDIT-These were once on sale for $550 at drop. Check that site for details
