Beware, there is a reason these are clearanced out. I got these for around the same price a couple weeks ago. Bought 4 for each of family members. EVERY SINGLE ONE has malfunctioned a few times. There were 3 NIGHTS where I woke up to the faucet running on its own. When I called the manufacturer, they stated that they are phasing these out, so they will not have replacement parts if something were to fail down the road. Not sure if that is even legal considering warranty, but just something to keep in mind.

These were on an endcap, not with the rest of the faucets

Can't you manually turn it on with the lever?
You have the option to not use the motion sensor when installing the faucet. If you install the motion detection device under the sink and decide not to use it, you can remove it in 5 min and a bucket. It apparently comes with a lifetime warranty if you save the receipt

The lever needs to be open for the motion sensor to allow water to flow out, but there's no off switch for the motion sensor unless you decide to not install it or take the batteries out

I'm really frustrated by my local Lowes. Their handheld said they had 14 in stock, but apparently that means they actually had none? It's ridiculous.

Congrats to those that found em.
There is a shelf up high that they move these to. My Lowes guy had to use the ladder with wheels. Usually closest to the isle.

if you're asking about the pull-down spray head, it's a little more than 12 inches. i literally grabbed a ruler and pulled the spray head down.

for those on the fence about this.. im not a handyman whatsoever, but can figure things out if i really needed to. i wasnt sure i'd be able to replace my old faucet with this new one, but i'm confident i can install a new one of these in <20 minutes if needed. they really made installation that simple. removing the old faucet was a big PITA though.

wife and i love it. if the spray is too strong, just move the lever closer to off or vice versa. no issues with the sensor (yet). ive become a master of "hodling" our 15 month old in one arm while using my other arm to active the faucet and wash his hands.

Anyone that buys this, I HIGHLY recommend picking up some different hardware to lock it into place. The plastic locking nut they send is incredibly temperamental. Try to find a proper metal locking nut for the threaded pipe to lock it down securely to your sink.

Thanks for the information, can you send a link or pic what hardware you got?

Have had and used both and a touch sensor was better for me in the kitchen, motion works good for a place like a guest bathroom.

Did they bring the ladder over to the faucet isle by boat?

Wow, that is short. Our current faucet (which doesn't have a sensor) is over 30". Long enough to fill our hot water dispenser without having to move it much. May be a deal killer for us.

Am I right to assume that the base of this pivots to the left and right?

I don't have this, but I have a front-facing sensor faucet similar to this and would 1000% advise against anything front-facing and not touch. Without fail, you'll be washing dishes or cleaning food and the water will shut off.
This. I have one and hate it

Scored one for $49.07+tax at my local Lowe's. To my surprise, Brickseek was accurate this time - it showed there were 11 left a few days ago, and when I checked back this morning number has gone down to 3 (SD effect?). I arrived at Lowe's and saw only 3 stacked on one side of the shelf.

I 1000% disagree with you. Once you become accustomed to it being there (we have a different model from HD), it's a God send, but there is a "learning curve" to having one. Sure, there are times when I inadvertently turn it on or off, but it's just as quick to reverse that mistake. When working with raw meat, it's fantastic to not have to touch the faucet in any way before washing hands. I can also use the pot I'm cleaning to turn the faucet on or off, which is especially helpful for something heavy like a Dutch oven that requires two hands to maneuver.

Now that we've had touchless for a couple years, I can't imagine going back to a non-touchless model. The usefulness is unappreciated until you have it. Incidentally, I do the majority of the cooking, and that's when I really appreciate the utility. It's just much easier to wave my hand in front of the faucet to turn it on or off rather having to move a handle, and the quickness of it makes a difference to me when I'm making a meal. Plus, I simply never get the faucet handle dirty.

Didn't know they could be that long and good to know for future replacements - thanks!

yep the base (aka neck where the spray head retracts into) swivels left/right
