Any idea whether these run small or large? I'm kind of right on the cusp of L and XL.
Usually that's a good thing, because it means I can wear either size, but sometimes you find that a brand or style runs either very big or very small.
I picked up a nice fleece-lined windbreaker type jacket for $10 last year, and all they had left was Large. Got it unpacked, and I couldn't even zip it up all the way.
So... that one got given away to a [smaller] friend, and I was only out the $10.
At Christmas, a friend of mine gave me his XL shirt because "It's too small for me, and I know you've said that you wear XL before."
I haven't worn it yet, because it's like a dress on me.
I don't own this shirt/jacket but I do own one coat from Dickies that is flannel lined and colored slate gray that I got for the same price a few years back on SD.
Just a word of caution here, the slate gray appears to be a bit too shiny for my taste and maybe for yours as well. While the hue of gray matches the images, it's not a dull gray, just fyi

Dickie's usually run a little bigger than other brands. Last work jacket I got from them look like I was wearing a puffer.

Exciting colors. Might explain the expression on the model's face.
