frankly, unless you are running an exotic or luxury car, either will do so long as you change your oil regularly. it's a matter of convenience more than brand at this price.

I think I can get Kirkland all day long for $29.99 for a 2 pack full synthetic. I realize not everyone is a Costco member though.

There is also a new thread today about Castrol full syn for $16.97 or something on Amazon delivered with subscribe and save

mobil one full synth usually has a $10 mail in rebate, as cheap as $12 after rebate for 5 qt jug. that is my go to, usually offered twice a year
